Muddy Paws Rescue Receives $15,000 PEDIGREE Foundation Grant

December 8, 2021 – Muddy Paws Rescue today announced the receipt of a $15,000 grant from Pedigree Foundation to help prepare more shelter pets in New York City for adoption and ensure they are ready to find loving homes. With this grant, the organization offers Muddy Paws the support it needs for their efforts in the adoption of thousands of dogs.
“As a foster-based rescue, coordinating with each of our hundreds of foster homes can be complex,” explains Mallory Kerley, Marketing Director for Muddy Paws. “With this grant from PEDIGREE Foundation, we will be able to implement our Pack Portal - a self-service digital space for our fosters and team to collaborate and communicate effectively in real time. The Pack Portal will allow us to track foster’s upcoming availability to take in a pup, upcoming appointments for medical treatments and adoption meetings, track supplies and more. We are grateful for PEDIGREE Foundation’s support for this streamlined process, allowing us to save more lives.”
This Pack Portal platform is the latest example of Muddy Paws Rescue’s commitment to it’s goals of lifesaving, community, education and innovation.
