We’re closing the year with the story of Midnight, the blocky-headed senior who stole everyone’s hearts! She was our longest-stay in history, but her family was worth the wait.

Chico struggled to settle down in the city, so we took a chance and asked for help on Instagram for a foster in the suburbs. Lucky for us (and Chico) we got more than we bargained for!

When we received a video of a dog found on the side of the road in rural Kentucky with a bag of dog food by her side, we couldn’t say no. Bluu is now living her best life (after a once-in-a-lifetime starstruck moment)!

When we met Layla in KY, she had itchy skin, patchy fur and the sweetest heart. Despite her medical needs, we knew we could find her an amazing family!

There were many twists and turns in Ozzy’s story, but at the end, he found himself right back where he belonged - in the arms of his original owner Josh.

Sometimes, true love finds you when you least expect it. That was certainly the case for Chris, who fell in love with Pappi so quickly that it ended his relationship with the girlfriend who wasn’t on board!
